Erwartung, l’attente croyante est le début du chemin qui mène Freud à la rencontre du transfert, sur quoi il invente la psychanalyse. Ainsi doit-on considérer que ce que l’on peut attendre d’une psychanalyse est d’y faire l’expérience du transfert. Le transfert est la condition sine qua non de la cure psychanalytique. Maintenant, il s’agit de savoir jusqu’où et comment mener ce qui se trouve à mis en chemin par la force du transfert. Ici Freud nous dit : durcharbeiten. Perlaboration n’est peut être pas le seul ni le meilleur des termes pour désigner ce qui fait précisément l’objet de ce colloque.
Après Lacan, qui nous indique de pousser les analyses jusqu’à la traversée du fantasme, que signifie ce terme ? Que désigne-t-il au juste, aujourd’hui ?
Alors, qu’attendons-nous d’une psychanalyse en tant que psychanalystes ?
Trois cartels de chaque côté de l’Atlantique ont entrepris la tâche de répondre à cette question... Ils organisent dans le cadre de la Convergencia une tournée de psychanalyse : Paris, New York, Buenos-Aires.
Elle commence à Paris à l’initiative de trois associations : le Cercle Freudien, Espace Analytique et Insistance.
Erwartung : the expectation of the faithful is the entryway to the path that led Freud to an encounter with that upon which he invented psychoanalysis, the transference. In this respect, Freud refers to durcharbeiten. “Working through” is perhaps neither the only nor the best of terms to designate what constitutes the precise topic of this conference.
What does this term mean after Lacan, who tells us to push analyses to the point of the crossing through (traversée) of the fantasm ? What exactly does it specify today ? What do we as psychoanalysts expect from a psychoanalysis ?
Three cartels, each from a respective side of the Atlantic, have undertaken the task of formulating responses to these questions. Within the framework of Convergencia they are sponsoring a sort of psychoanalytic tournament spanning Paris, New York and Buenos Aires, to be initiated in Paris by the associations Le Cercle Freudien, Espace Analytique and Insistance.
